Austria Adventure Week is offerend through BikeToursDirect LLC (any references on this site and in correspondence to BikeToursDirect refer to BikeToursDirect LLC).

Your booking of Austria Adventure Week through BikeToursDirect signifies your acceptance of the terms and conditions of BikeToursDirect and the respective tour operator. 

BikeToursDirect has been approved for and participates in the Better Business Bureau’s BBBOnLine Reliability Program.

Reservations and Payments
Your booking is subject to availability and is not confirmed until we have emailed you a space confirmation. Please do not make non-changeable travel plans until you receive your confirmation. A deposit of US$200 per person by credit card plus a non-refundable booking fee of 20 euros per person are due at the time of confirmation. The balance of your payment is due 60 days before your tour begins. If your booking is within 60 days of your tour, full payment must be within seven days of when your tour is confirmed. If your tour is within 28 days, full payment must be received by credit card or overnight mail. Payments must be made in United States dollars.

If you opt to pay by credit card, we charge a service fee of 4% on the total tour cost. If you opt to pay by check, but we don’t receive your check by the payment deadline, we reserve the right to charge your credit card. The charge on your credit card will read “Nonstop Travel.” You recognize that “Nonstop Travel” will appear on your credit card statement and will not dispute the fee.

With few exceptions, rates on this site are in euros, which we convert to dollars for your final payment. The exchange rates shown on our rate represent the purchase rate of one euro. Many websites show the mid-point between buy and sell rates for major banks, and rates charged to consumers and small businesses are 3-8 cents higher. We charge you the purchase rates.

Final payment is due in dollars based on the value of the dollar at the time of payment.

Booking Fee 
A fee of 20 euros per person is charged for every booking. 

Changes
BikeToursDirect charges a processing/statement re-issue fee of 25 euros per change.

Cancellation
If the program doesn’t reach its minimum number of participants by June 1, we reserve the right to cancel the program and refund all payments. If you cancel, the cancellation fee is $200 through July 1, 50% of the tour cost through August 1, and 100% of the tour cost after August 1.

BikeToursDirect strongly encourages the purchase of travel insurance.

Limitation of Liability
The responsibility of BikeToursDirect and/or our agents and representatives is strictly limited. BikeToursDirect assumes no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned by through acts or defaults of any company engaged in conveying the passengers or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour. BikeToursDirect is not responsible for the willful or negligent acts and/or omissions of any suppliers or their employees, agents, servants or representatives including, without limitation, their failure to deliver or their partial or inadequate delivery of services.

By using the services of the suppliers or by submitting a booking request through BikeToursDirect, you agree that you will not hold BikeToursDirect and its agents or representatives liable for any accident, injury, costs, property damage, theft or personal loss. Any lawsuit arising out of the terms and conditions herein shall be governed by the laws of the country in which the European tour operator has its primary place of business.

By submitting a booking request, you agree, warrant and covenant as follows: In consideration of the acceptance of this booking request, you hereby, for yourself, your heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, and anyone entitled to act on your behalf, release and discharge BikeToursDirect, its representatives, agents and employees, from any and all claims of injury or damages suffered by you as a result of your participation in or traveling to or from bicycle tours presented by BikeToursDirect or developed for you. You know that bicycle riding is potentially hazardous. You should not ride unless you are medically able and properly trained. You assume all risks associated with riding, including but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, the effect of the weather, traffic, and conditions of the road, all such risks being known and appreciated by you. You realize that bicycling is a strenuous activity that requires proper physical conditioning. You hereby certify that you are in such physical condition and good health.

Every participant who is not a member of the same family must submit a separate booking form, or send an email to us stating that they have read and agreed to these terms and conditions. You signify that all individuals listed on your booking form are members of your family and have read and agreed to these terms and conditions. You assume all liability for individuals included on the booking form who are not members of your family.

Please note that much tour information has been supplied by third parties. We make every effort to make sure that the information contained on this site is accurate. To the best of our knowledge, research and belief, all statements and information given are correct. We will make every effort to correct quickly any errors brought to our attention. However, we accept no responsibility for errors or inaccuracies.

Personal Responsibility
You are responsible for your personal health being up to the physical demands of the tour. If you have any questions about a tour’s level of difficulty, please ask us. You are also responsible for compliance with the laws of Austria and the European Union including all traffic regulations.
