How to Sign Up

To reserve your spot in the 2009 Austria Adventure Week, just click on the “Book Trip” icon toward the top left of the page. This will take you to the booking form on the website of BikeToursDirect, organizers of Austria Adventure Week. Please complete and submit the form.

When we receive your booking request, we’ll send you a confirmation and charge your credit card a deposit of $200 and booking fee of $30 (per person). Your balance is due by July 1.

Well in advance of departure, you’ll receive more detailed information on options such as clinics, guided back-country trail rides, transfers, rental equipment, lift tickets, activities and excursions. You can sign up and pay in advance or wait until you get to Austria.

The rates on this site are in euros, which we convert to U.S. dollars for your final payment. Any dollar prices noted on the site are based on the value of the dollar against the euro as of December 1, 2008.

If you opt to make your final payment by credit card, we charge a 4 percent service fee on the full tour amount.

If the program doesn’t reach its minimum number of participants by June 1, we reserve the right to cancel the program and refund all payments. If you cancel, the cancellation fee is $200 through July 1, 50% of the tour cost through August 1, and 100% of the tour cost after August 1.
